Last time I dropped by USA Casino they were celebrating their first anniversary with a splashy website and gift offerings. I tried the games and while everything looked okay it didn't really grab me, y'know? Well, that's changed!
Using one of the latest versions of BossMedia software, USA Casino has really taken on a new coat of paint. The interface looks better, the gameplay is very snappy, and there's a lot of new background sounds and effects. The games themselves look better too: cleaner, high color, no frivolous stuff.
Basically I'm a Poker and Blackjack man, but I like the occasional game of Craps and spin the Roulette wheel once in a while for good measure. With USA Casino I found, rather to my surprise, that I enjoyed them all. The animations are really first-rate and there's never any slow-downs for the sake of pretty pictures.
To complement the gameplay, there is a full suite of multimedia options, all user-configurable. For the most part I left all the options on because, simply put, they're nice. The dealer's voices sound like the real thing, the background music changes when you go from game to game, and the table sounds complement the play experience.
So that's the upside: solid, enjoyable games and excellent performance. The downside is, that's it! No Comps, no give-aways, no vacations for two. What you see is what you get, period.
Frankly, I rather admire USA Casino for the audacity to do this. In my opinion, many of the so-called "comps" offerings at other sites are pretty lame. I mean, $1 comp per $1000 spent, minimum draw $50? What the hell is that? I'd have to spend $50,000 before I got a dime. And if I could afford to spend that, I don't think the anemic little comp would even register on my bankbook radar. So, like I said, I respect USA Casino's "take it or leave it" approach.
Last but not least is the cash-in, cash-out policy at USA Casino. It's the standard stuff: wire transfer or bank draft withdrawals, security code required in order to withdraw. While I would've liked to have seen the details of their policy posted on the website, nothing came as much of a surprise.
I made a $50 deposit, no hitches. I lost it at the Blackjack table in about 10 minutes. Boy, those games play fast! As for the $2.50 I've got left in the account? Well, there's a $3 service charge on withdrawals.
