ALAN - Yes, VegasUSA takes great pride in its commitment to fast payouts.
When we first got into this industry we were told that the average casino payout took 14-21 days. I thought to myself, "How can casinos stay in business with turnaround times like that?" I know that when I want my money, I want my money now!!!
We quickly investigated the options and decided to use UPS Express Delivery services. When a player makes a withdrawal we can immediately credit back an amount equal to or less than their purchases for the day. Anything over the amount of their purchase goes out via UPS Express Delivery the next business day. Depending on the player's location and the speed of their countries customs, the check gets to them within 1-5 days. It usually takes less than 3 days to North and South America!!! We send our customers an email with their check's UPS tracking number and they can go to the Express Payout Online Tracking Center on our site and see EXACTLY where the check is. It really gives players a lot more confidence in our casino.
This feature requires a tremendous financial commitment from VegasUSA. It costs about $20.00 to send a check to North America and over $60.00 to send a check to Japan. With the huge number of checks we send out a day you can imagine how quickly this can add up. I've been told that we are UPS's largest customer in Costa Rica. I do know that we have a dedicated UPS truck and driver on call. When the checks are ready they come running.

All of VegasUSA's games are tested for accuracy and fairness. Our random number generators insure that all games completely random and absolutely fair. We are in this for the long term. If our players were not completely confident that we are fair then we wouldn't be growing as fast as we are.

(Don't worry, we're still going to have the same service and fast payouts that we are known for.) This is the most exciting thing to hit the online gambling world in the last year or two. The games are going to rival the best download games anywhere. Guess what. They are NO DOWNLOAD!!! Players will not have to accept ugly graphics to avoid a big download. The new games are ShockWave based and totally custom designed. We developed the games totally independently. You are not going to find any games exactly like them anywhere!!!
We are going to initially have Blackjack, Craps, Roulette, Jacks-or-Better Video Poker, Pai-Gow Poker, Baccarat, Standard Slot Machines and Progressive Slot Machines with three different Jackpot levels.

I just checked out your website and noticed a new slogan: "Taking service to a new level!" What does that mean?
"Taking service to a new level" means a lot to us. VegasUSA is never satisfied with our "level of service". Currently we have 24x7x365 personal customer service. We reply to our customer's inquiries, personally, within 20 minutes or less. We NEVER use auto responders. We call our customer service reps "Player Advocates". The reason we do this is to instill in the Player Advocate's mind that they are there for the player. They are charged with finding out what the player needs and do everything in their power to take care of it. VegasUSA has an entire, professionally trained, customer service center. We will never stop developing ways to service the customer better than our competition.
What do you think the future holds for online gambling?
Sometimes it is kind of sad. When a customer has a problem they automatically assume that we are out to rip them off. People have been so beaten down by the lack of concern from the industry that they are like "loaded guns" just waiting to go off. I really don't blame them. I would probably feel the same way. When we take care of their question or concern in a quick and professional manner they are really surprised. I think that online gambling software developers have to take the responsibility for the use of their product. They can't go for a quick sale and put casino software in the hands of crooks. Having $250,000 doesn't make you qualified to run a casino.
Do you have any comments on attempts to prohibit Internet gambling in the US?
I wish countries like the US would take a more proactive approach to Internet gambling. I think that respectable online casinos would jump at the opportunity to be licensed by the US. The fact is that right now most of the states that are trying to ban online gambling have legalized government sponsored gambling. We all know when you play the state lottery you are guaranteed to lose. Maybe one day they will realize that every individual has the right to make their own decisions.
