Eligibility: The Sweepstakes are open to all persons of legal age, who are subscribed to WINNERonline's contest newsletter at the time of the draw. Legal age is usually between 18 and 21 years, depending on where you live. Canadian residents must correctly answer a mathematical skill-testing question if selected as winner to claim their prize. Residents of Quebec are not eligible to participate. Employees, officers, and directors of the Sponsor, its parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising, promotion, and fulfillment agencies, their immediate family members and persons living in their same household, are not eligible to participate in the Sweepstakes. How to Enter: Access the WINNERonline Sweepstakes web site at http://www.WINNERonline.com/contests, select one or more contests, complete the necessary online entry form and click the "Enter to Win" button. Only one entry per email address is permitted.

Prizes: One selected winner will receive the prize specified for that particular sweepstakes or a gift certificate redeemable for that particular prize or one of equal value.

No alternative prize, cash, or other substitution is permitted except at the Sponsor’s discretion.

Selection of Winner: Winner will be determined by random drawing from all eligible entries received. All decisions are final and binding. Odds of winning will be determined by the number of eligible entries received. Winner will be notified by email within 7 days of the drawing. Winner will have 3 days from notification to accept the prize by sending email to "contests@WINNERonline.com". The Sponsor is not responsible for and shall not be liable for late, lost, misdirected, or unsuccessful efforts to notify a winner or for a winner's late, lost, misdirected or unsuccessful efforts to accept the prize.

Winner may be required to sign and return a release of liability, declaration of eligibility, and where lawful, a publicity consent agreement, including a photograph, all within 10 days of acknowledged notification. By accepting and/or using the prize, the winner agrees to the use of his/her name and/or likeness for the purpose of advertising, trade, or promotion without further compensation, unless prohibited by law. If a selected winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, fails to claim a prize, or fails to return the completed and executed declaration and releases as required, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner selected. In the event of a dispute regarding who submitted an online entry, the entry will be deemed submitted by the authorized account holder of the email account.

General Terms and Conditions: By entering, each participant agrees to be bound by these Contest Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which shall be final. The Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to suspend or cancel the Sweepstakes at any time if a computer virus, bug, or other technical problem corrupts the administration, security, or proper play of the Sweepstakes.

By participating in the Sweepstakes, each participant agrees to release and hold the Sponsor and the employees, officers, directors, shareholders, agents, representatives of the Sponsor, its parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising, promotion, and fulfillment agencies, and legal advisors, harmless from any and all losses, damages, rights, claims and actions of any kind in connection with the Sweepstakes or resulting from acceptance, possession, or use of any prize, including without limitation, personal injury, death, and property damage, and claims based on publicity rights, defamation, or invasion of privacy. Any use of robotic, automatic, programmed or similar entry methods will void all such entries by such methods.
