After Senator Jon Kyl expressed agitation at the snail's pace of UIGEA implementation, Ken Illgen, the Poker Players Alliance's Nevada Director, essentially told him to quit whining.
In a letter to the Las Vegas Review-Journal's Editor, Illgen had some sharp words for the Republican Senator.
He said it was hard to set regulations for something that is poorly defined.
"Frankly, the confusion regulators are dealing with as they develop the regulations to enforce the law is a direct result of how this act was written and sneaked into a must-pass port security bill in the dead of night, allowing no time for review and debate," he said.
