Richard Lee Illegal Bookmaking Update

The San Antonio Express reported that Lee has been under surveillance by the Vice Squad since February. Vice Squad members have trailed Lee and searched his garbage, bank accounts and phone records.

According to an affidavit, Lee, AKA the "Chinaman," operated an illegal betting operation including www.betbsbnow.com, a local website which pretended to be offshore.

Lee is also accused of employing runners who allegedly took bets and collected money.
