How Cainos Can Stop All These Robberies
07 May 10
It really seems like every few weeks another casino is getting robbed by gunman . There seem to be plenty of gunman who feel that the casino is the perfect target for a robbery since the chips are easy to obtain and there is plenty of free access into the casino. But here are some ways casinos can really shore up on the security to ensure robberies are minimised.

1. Make it hard for transport

Every casino heist involves a getaway car. Make it harder for cars to enter and exit swiftly or have some sort of security where once there is a robbery, a button is pushed so that no cars can enter or exit. Makes it a much easier job for the security staff to contain everybody.

2. Make every person look in to the camera

They have cctv cameras, they can easily record the face of every person who enters the casino. This make it easy to ID who their favourite customers are and also who potential suspects are when they get stormed from the entry points. This will make the casino less of a target since the criminals know that it will be more difficult to get away clean and not be identified.

3. Use electronic change machines
The armed gunman seem to always run for the manned exchange counter. Make all exchange counters machine operated and the gunman can threaten the machine with a gun rather than a human employee to hand over the chips. The dealers can also be of the automatic type so gunman will be less enticed to try and threaten anybody to hand over the chips.

Casinos can really shore up their security against robberies, somehow around the world they are targeted, whether they make too much money to care or they just can't find the solution to this type of problem.
