		Kara Scott Hosts High Stakes Poker 06 Nov 09

	The long awaited news of who the new host will be of the highly popular High Stakes Poker show has been announced. Kara Scott, host of the European Poker Tour will be replacing long time host AJ Benza and will sit along side Gabe Kaplan. Gabe on the show is actually known as the better commentator when it comes to communicating the betting styles and what is actually going on in the minds of the poker players, so his position was relatively safe when it came to producers wanting to make improvements to the show. Kara Scott's first big shoot to fame was being selected as host of the EPT. She then made TV again by making a deep run in the World Series of Poker 2008 and played on the feature table. When you put a face like Kara Scott's on a table full of men, she suddenly shoots to super stardom in the poker world. Pair that with the ability to actually play some good poker and you have an excellent addition to any poker game, you might as well make it high stakes poker and broadcast it to the whole world.
