French Horse Race Monopoly Offering Sports?

With France's online gambling borders opening, will its horse race monopoly, Pari Mutuel Urbain (PMU) offer sports betting?

According to the eGaming Review, it is a possibility.

"The market is opening, a new offer is being developed and we are studying how PMU will be able to offer a broader product range to its customers," explained COO Xavier Hurstel to EGR.

"We are currently evaluating all those opportunities."
