Svenska Spel Recognized For Responsibility

Swedish gambling monopoly, Svenska Spel, has received accolades from the World Lottery Association (WLA) for responsible gambling.

At a conference at the island of Rhodes in Greece, the WLA awarded Svenska Spel its Award for Responsible Gaming Excellence.

"We are of course incredibly pleased and proud, a lot of gaming companies around the world have, in recent years, invested a lot in developing gaming responsibility programs, so competition for this prize has been tough," said Svenska Spel CEO Anders Hägg in the acceptance speech.
