It looks like a computer problem caused the judge of the online gambling domain seizure case in Kentucky to render his decision late.

The Poker News Daily reports that the decision will be handed down by Judge Thomas Wingate tomorrow in the early afternoon.

A fax came from Judge Wingate's secretary stated, "Computer problems. Order will be issued tomorrow."
