Wynn Casinos Las Vegas Sued By Dealer 23rd October 2009
Las Vegas Wynn Casino dealer Kanie Kastroll has launched a lawsuit against his employer Wynn Casino due to their failure to maintain a safe workplace for their employees. Kanie is seeking damages for more than $5 million dollars. Kanie claims that he has suffered from asthma and other health problems due to the unsafe work practices that employers Wynn Casino have provided.
Kanie’s lawyers, Kamber Edelson, have outlined that the Wynn Casino used very forecful tactics to force employees to work in dangerous conditions and did not allow for employees to request for non smoking working conditions. Dealers constantly have smoke blown in their face and forbid the dealer’s from protesting about the conditions. The case is set to go on trial, but has the possibility of being settled out of court.
