“The Board also thanks Ravi Ruparel, who, as Finance Director over the past two years, played a pivotal role in the transition of the business into a flourishing listed company at the forefront of its industry. Ravi uniquely combines entrepreneurial flair with the rigorous attention to detail required of a Finance Director. We wish him every success in his future business ventures.

“I would also like to thank John Scaife who helped found the Company and worked tirelessly to secure its transition from a start-up to public company over the past four years. His continued engagement as a non-Executive Board Director ensures that we will be able to benefit from his deep knowledge of the business, in particular his expertise in regulatory matters, and from his insights garnered from his previous career in the City.”
