Sportech PLC ('Sportech' or 'the Company'), owner of Littlewoods Gaming, the UK's leading home gaming company, is relocating its online casino, Littlewoodscasino.com, from the Isle of Man to the Netherlands Antilles.

The move has been driven by Sportech's desire to offer Littlewoods Casino's customers new games, including poker and an integrated jackpot product. It is expected that the relocation will be completed by mid September 2003.

Littlewoodscasino.com will continue to retain CryptoLogic as their software supplier.
