As part of its agreement, Cyberluck will provide a Curacao contact center for Transact-Online http://www.transact-online.com, the merchant account enquiry portal for U.K.-based Global Funding Alliance. This relationship gives Cyberluck's corporate gaming clients the opportunity to obtain a direct bank-issued merchant processing account for their gaming sites and eliminate the risks to gaming operators and players associated with third-party credit card transaction processing. We are pleased that the quality of the services we provide and the quality of our licensees has attracted this European-based financial group to allow us to present this opportunity to our clients.

Cyberluck conducts probity investigations in compliance with Dutch Antilles Internet gaming laws and has the authority of the Central Government to authorize qualified applicants to operate licensed gaming servers from Curacao. Cyberluck's longstanding probity practices and on-going monitoring has attracted major gaming operators to the Netherlands Antilles. Curacao is a well-known financial center and is not in the hurricane belt that has disrupted telecommunications at many other Caribbean locations.
