This acquisition marks one of many strategic acquisitions in the current consolidation of the gaming market. This acquisition allows FRONT MEDIA GROUP the flexibility to be able to direct mail market out of Canada to the US and to international destinations. It will also facilitate the execution of agreements with Intermedia Video and Advanced Digital Media of Chatsworth, CA, one of the largest video degaussing and duplication facilities, CD and DVD duplication facilities. Combined agreements for CD and DVD duplications along with the present acquisition has aligned Front Media Group to duplicate data CD's and DVD's and distribute them world wide for reduced costs and a greatly streamlined service.
