A number of allegations have appeared on message boards over the past few months concerning First Live Casino. The complaints include everything from "these crooks… never paid any of my cash-outs" to "they're just plain old lying to their customers."
Other allegations involve unauthorized credit card charges and unresponsive customer service.
One First Live customer, Bob Fisher, says he has yet to receive a $300 cash out he submitted August 1, despite numerous requests. "I have called them and only reached an answering service. They have not returned my calls."
Another First Live player, Albert Turla, says he has contacted consumer affairs regarding "First Live's deceptions."
First Live, which bills itself as the "only Internet casino with live video feed," has not responded to these allegations on any of the message boards or newsgroups, and it seems to be business as usual at their website.
For their part, First Live advertises that "withdrawals are processeed [sic] every Monday…. In most cases, credits are made to the player's card first and the remainder is sent by pre-paid cashier's check…. Credits to cards take 5-7 business days depending on your credit card company. UPS letters take 2-3 days depending on your location."
First Live has not responded to WINNERonline's emails, despite assurance on their website that "all emails are answered in 4 to 6 hours."
