(Dublin, Ireland) — CryptoLogic Limited, a leading software developer to the global Internet gaming market, announced today that its Board of Directors has declared the company’s quarterly dividend of US$0.12 per common share.

The dividend will be paid on December 14, 2007 to shareholders of record of CryptoLogic Limited and CryptoLogic Exchange Corporation as at December 7, 2007.

The ex-dividend date will be December 5, 2007.

For Shareholders of CryptoLogic Limited, the dividend payment is subject to a 20 percent Irish withholding tax.
