94th Annual Grey Cup Game: B.C. Lions vs. Montreal Alouettes Canad Inns Stadium, Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada (Artificial)

Regular Season Records: Lions (13-5), Als (10-8)

Game Time: 5 PM Central Time

Line: B.C. -8 (Opening: B.C. -7)

Over/Under: 55

Key Points: B.C. will be without the services of WR Tony Simmons who injured his knee early in the regular season. His absence will have minimal impact as the Lions are fully loaded at the SB and WR positions.

LB Jamall Johnson is questionable with a hamstring injury.

Montreal will be without the services of RB Eric Lapointe (fractured leg), WR Ezra Landry (knee), S Matthew Proulx (shoulder) and WR Sylvain Girard (groin).

It will be a cold day in the Peg with a high of 2º C and a low of -11º C with winds going SW at 10 km/hr. It will be sunny, but that only means that it will get downright chilly when the sun goes down.

The B.C. Lions beat the Alouettes in both of their meetings this season, going 2-0 and outscoring them 84-33.

Montreal has made four out of the last five Grey Cups winning only once. Will they make it 1-4?

The last time Montreal and B.C. met in a Grey Cup, back in 2000, the Lions triumphed 28-26.

The Lions’ roster is deeper than Montreal’s, with many of British Columbia’s backup receivers talented enough to start on any other CFL team.

Winneronline Opinion: The B.C. Lions cleaned up at the CFL awards and if the O-line protects QB Dave Dickenson, like they did last week, they should cover the 8-point spread in the Grey Cup as well.

Indianapolis Colts at Dallas Cowboys – Texas Stadium (Artificial)

Records: Colts 9-0 (6-3 ATS), Cowboys 5-4 (5-4 ATS)

Game Time: 4:15 PM EST

Line: Pick’em (Opening: Dallas -2½)

Over/Under: 49½ (Opening: 48)

Key Points: The Colts continue to have a long injury report. Key injuries this week include:

WR Brandon Stokley (knee) listed as questionable, but probably won’t see action.

S Bob Sanders, who is also listed as questionable with a knee injury, might not see action either.

TE Bryan Fletcher is listed as questionable with an ankle injury, but according to coach Tony Dungy, is expected to play.

Rookie RB Joseph Addai has a wrist injury and like the three other players, is listed as questionable.

Dallas WR Terry Glenn will probably be a go, despite his quadriceps injury.

The same can’t be said of LB Greg Ellis, who will miss the rest of the season with a torn Achilles tendon.

Peyton and friends have covered the spread 11 out of their last 14 when away from the RCA Dome and listed as a chalk. They are 3-1 ATS on the road in 2006 and are and is 1-1 ATS on artificial turf.

Indy has also gone over to the tune of 39-19 when facing teams above .500.

Dallas is 2-1 ATS at home and on artificial turf.

Winneronline Opinion: Some think that the Cowboys could pull an upset, but Indy is rolling right now.
