It's strange that some people sign up for our contests; then don't respond to their email to claim the prize. We only ask that you send us a photograph or a digital picture of yourself and allow us to publish this picture. Not a big deal for a Sony PlayStation or DVD Player, is it? Even so, it's amazing that we need to send out an average of three "You've Won" emails before we can find someone who replies to accept the prize. Remember, you only have 3 days to accept the prize before we have to offer it to someone else.
