The Prospector Casino in Montana is undergoing exterior renovations to the casino to help provide smoking facilities for it's many smoking customers. This includes an outdoor shelter and other facilities to ensure that the smoking gamblers are well catered for.

This comes with Montana state law banning smoking inside bars, casinos and taverns. It is part of the Montana Clean Indoor Air act which states that as of October 1st, all public indoor areas must not be smoke free. Previously indoor bars and casinos could allow smokers since they do not feature patrons under 18.
