(London, England) — Bookmaker Ladbrokes (LAD.L: Quote, Profile , Research) said on Monday it had appointed Brian Wallace as group finance director to replace Rosemary Thorne who will leave the firm next month, to pursue new challenges.

Wallace, formerly deputy chief executive and group finance director of Hilton Group, will rejoin the firm as the group finance director with immediate effect, the company said in a statement.
