Ohio State (1) vs. Memphis (2)
Ohio State ended Memphis' long winning streak covered the 1½-points and went over with a 92-76 victory. They now move on to the Final Four.
West Region
Kansas (1) vs. UCLA (2)
UCLA knocked off No. 1 seed Kansas by a score of 68-55. The Bruins covered as 2-point dogs and the 130½-point total went under.

Midwest Region
Florida (1) vs. Oregon (3)
Florida moves onto the Final Four after beating Oregon by a score of 85-77. The Gators, who were favored by 7, covered and the 144½-point total went over.
East Region
North Carolina (1) vs. Georgetown (2)
The East Region final was an entertaining affair with the Georgetown Hoyas pulling off a 96-84 win, in OT, against the No. 1 seed and 3½-point favorite North Carolina Tar Heels. The total went over.
