WinwardCasino.com Now Offers Play-Anywhere Functionality with Parlay's Wireless Casino suite
7 July 2003

PRESS RELEASE

SOURCE: Parlay Entertainment Limited

TORONTO -- Parlay Entertainment Limited, a member of the DCEG Group of Companies (OTCBB: DCEG - News) and a leading supplier of software and services to the e-gaming industry, announced today that WinwardCasino.com has become the first to market with Parlay's real-time, real-money, full-function wireless suite of online casino games.

"We're very pleased to announce that WinwardCasino.com's Parlay-powered wireless casino went live as scheduled on June 27th," said David Outhwaite, Parlay's Chief Executive Officer. "Players can now experience the next level of functionality, enjoying a wide range of gaming options from both their PC and wireless device with one WinwardCasino.com account."

Developed in conjunction with its wireless partner, Phantom Fiber Inc., WinwardCasino.com's wireless casino suite offers 17 games including blackjack, slots and video poker for real money wagering on phones and PDA handhelds powered by the PocketPC® or Palm OS®. Future enhancements will include new games, such as roulette and craps, and support for additional handheld device platforms like Symbian and J2ME.

Enhanced security features provided by Parlay Entertainment and Phantom Fiber enable players to use a single account between wireless devices and a desktop/notebook PC. No personal and/or financial information is transferred between the mobile device and the gaming system. In addition, the absence of a browser application gateway ensures that information remains encrypted between the gaming system and the mobile device all the time.
