America’s Scientific Games Corporation has announced that its Global Draw Ltd subsidiary has been awarded a four-year contract to supply multi-game server-based gaming terminals to William Hill betting shops.

The contract follows a trial of Global Draw’s Nevada dual screen terminals, which can be set up to offer either category B2, formerly fixed-odds betting, or B3, formerly jackpot, services.

This follows recent changes to British gaming laws that allows betting shops to site up to four category B2 or B3 gaming machines.

William Hill has over 2,250 betting shops across the United Kingdom and Ireland with an installed base of over 8,300 gaming machines and the contract will see Global Draw supply approximately 2,100 Nevada terminals to a minimum of 548 sites by the end of the first quarter of 2008.
