(TSX VENTURE:PEI), the world's leading supplier of Internet bingo software, and NetPlay TV plc (AIM:NPT), the interactive TV gaming company, are pleased to jointly announce an agreement to further develop Big Box Bingo, one of NetPlay TV's core properties.

The multi-phase plan sees Parlay developing an online bingo solution that lets fans of the Big Box Bingo TV show play additional bingo games and a host of slot games online.

Additional phases over the coming months will include mobile phone integration, television streaming and the integration of Parlay's back-end software to power the televised bingo game.

Big Box Bingo launched in July 2007 and became the UK's first-ever live interactive TV game show. Airing weekly on Sky Channel 847, the show allows viewers to play along with an interactive bingo game from the comfort of their own homes.

Big Box Bingo features larger-than-life sets, beautiful models and an enthusiastic host. Players purchase and print cards at BigBoxBingo.com, or they can choose to receive them through the post.
