(Milan, Italy) — Italy's Lottomatica (LTO.MI: Quote, Profile, Research) has signed a four-year software contract extension with Veikkaus Oy, operator of Finland's national lottery, worth about $39 million in revenue.
Lottomatica unit GTech Global Services signed the deal, Lottomatica, the world's biggest lottery operator, said in a statement on Monday.
GTech will provide software licensing, products and services to Veikkaus during the extension period from December 2009 to November 2013.
