TEL-AVIV, Israel -- Zone4Play, a content applications developer of Interactive games on an array of platforms, announced the launch of a new casino games service to UPC Digital TV subscribers in the Netherlands and Austria.
Under the agreement, Zone4Play is responsible for developing an interactive game offering that will include some of the most popular casino formats such as Black Jack, Slots Machine, Baccarat and Video Poker.
Zone4Play will also refresh the content service and add more games periodically. The formats are played using points balance method in a risk- free environment, and players acquire "points-for-play" through a premium rate telephony system. A dynamic TOP 10 leader board will be refreshed to feature those players with the best point totals.
Zone4Play's Business Development manager, Erez Lahav said: "The UPC deal is most significant for Zone4Play, as it will enable tens of thousands of subscribers in Europe to enjoy the thrilling experience of playing casino games via their TV set. The opportunity to work mutually with a pan-European cable network, and in addition, the opportunity to provide hi-tech content to its subscribers, is an exciting challenge for us".

As of December, Zone4Play has completed the implementation of several interactive gaming platforms for Orange and O2 mobile carriers in Israel and Europe.
