Video Lottery is soon to be an exciting new fixture in Italy with the Italian Government allowing these terminals to be set up by operators of these machines. The government has had no choice but to approve the machines with the revenue generated too tempting for the government to ignore. For years now, the Italian government has been stationary on gambling laws, with the new Video Lottery Machines coming in to play since the country’s four casinos were allowed to operate many years ago.

The video lottery machines will be opened by individuals with licences and will be set in video lottery establishments. The video lottery machines pose major threats to casino profits since nowhere else were there previously gambling facilities for everyday Italians to play with. Italian casinos are also set away from the major city central so with new video lottery centres, many gamblers do not have to travel as far to have their gambling fix. The Italian government is set to release 56,000 of these terminals.
