Full Tilt Accused of Racketeering 18th December 2009
Full Tilt poker is currently facing another lawsuit which lists racketeering as one of it’s offences. In early October, poker player Lary Kennedy, had her funds seized by Full Tilt poker after she was accused of being a poker bot in two plus two poker forum and also multi-accounting. Lary Kennedy then admitted to these actions on the forum and as a result had her funds seized by Full Tilt for her two major offences against Full Tilt’s terms and conditions.
Kennedy then took it on herself to get her funds, over $80,000, back from Full Tilt and decided to launch a law suit against the company and also a few of the name Full Tilt pros like Howard Lederer, Andy Bloch, John Juanda, Chris Ferguson and Patrik Antonious. The list of complaints revolve around mistreatment of players, fraud, libel, slander, false advertising and racketeering. The call for racketeering involves hundreds of illegal gambling trasanctions.
