After Boss Media's board recommended an offer from GEMed last week, word has come down that the company jointly owned by Lottomatica subsidiary GTech and Swedish publisher Medströms AB, has a combined 61.5 percent stake in the Swedish online gaming software company.

According to the Offer Sheet, GTech owns 87.5 percent of GEMed while Medströms owns 12.5 percent.

Pursuant to rules of the OMX Nordic Exchange, GTech and Medströms must now mandatorily bid for the remaining 38.5 percent of Boss Media.
