After failing in a bid to acquire Rank towards the end of 2007, Harrah's Entertainment is reportedly once again in acquisition mode.

Headquartered in Las Vegas, Harrah's, which owns the rights to the World Series of Poker, has reportedly focused its attention to online gaming company Gala Coral with the hopes of possibly merging it with its London Clubs International property, which was acquired back in 2006.

Speculation is that the Gala proposal could be similar to the one offered to Rank.
