Back in October we alerted readers to complaints we received about First Live Casino. Now another casino, Video Las Vegas, has garnered similar complaints and the site bears a striking similarity to First Live.
One player from Sweden contacted me after trying unsuccessfully to cash out $540 from Video Las Vegas. "This Casino seems to be 100 % SCAM," says the player. "I hope that someone will report this Casino to some sort of internet polize."
I contacted Video Las Vegas on behalf of this player and did receive a reply from support@videolasvegas.com on February 4: "Dear Chuck the reason that this player has waited so long for her cashout is that she was unable to use the cashout page. This page is fully operational and we are investigating the reasons why she has been unable to register a cashout, in the meantime we have manually entered the cashout that she requested and it is being processed at the moment. We have replied to [this player] and will be sending her her tracking number as soon as the cashout is processed."
But as of this date, the players still claims not to have been paid and Video Las Vegas Support has not responded to my email.
Gambling.com has also received a complaint about Video Las Vegas and has given Video Las Vegas the "the dubious honor of our Skull and Crossbones (meaning 'not recommended')."
So is Video Las Vegas operated by the same people who ran First Live? A WHOIS search reveals that both casinos are registered to the the same domain servers. Additionally, Video Las Vegas features "Live video feeds" like First Live did.
