Mobile phone gambling specialist, Probability, is set to announce that it has cracked gambling on the iPhone to enable owners to play games such as Blackjack.
Probability's CEO, Charles Cohen, claims he created a special team to crack the iPhone and that the technology could potentially be used for gaming as well.
The technology will be unveiled to the INQ later today.
The outfit has been doing well recently, signing up amongst others, Britain's favourite newspaper, the Currant Bun, which seems to have woken up to the potential offered by the mobile internet with its Mobile Mania bar code supplement.
Other deals Probability has signed in the past weeks include one with France Telecom's Orange network.
Orange has agreed to promote Probability's 'Lady Luck' brand. And in a deal reminiscent of Apple's, it has agreed a revenue share. Bet Apple got better terms, though.
Anyway, Cohen reckons that iPhone owners will earn his company loads of money. Anyone want to bet on it?
