OAKVILLE, Ontario--(BUSINESS WIRE)--April 29, 2002--dot com Entertainment Group, Inc. (OTCBB: DCEG - news), through its wholly-owned subsidiary corporation Parlay Entertainment Limited of Barbados, W.I., ("dot com"), announced today that it has entered into a software license agreement with Sportingbet plc (LSE: SBT), (www.sportingbet.com), through its wholly owned subsidiary Capital Consulting (NA) NV ("Sportingbet").

dot com will provide Sportingbet with a minimum of five on-line gaming systems: three Casino and two Bingo. Each system will be branded separately with delivery dates scheduled for Q2 2002. Inferno Media, dot com's in-house digital agency, will also provide web development and branding services to Sportingbet, on terms which have been agreed to by the parties.
