FBI Moves In On Full Tilt
25th February 2010

The UIGEA deadline of June is approaching and many FBI agents have been involved in a crackdown on illegal online gambling. Although the regulation is not to be enforced until June, the FBI has been discovered showing up houses of online poker players and questioning players on how they deposit their money into the online gambling accounts. Full Tilt has been managed several times and is definitely a target of their investigations.

Currently online poker sites are operating on a knife edge in the USA. Once a scapegoat is made, the whole industry will go down since it means that everybody else is guilty. Washington State’s laws are particularly more dangerous that other states since it is in this state that online gambling rooms seem to be breaking the most rules, especially online poker.
