Baltimore will be soon to receive a purpose built two story slots parlour that wil accommodate 5,000 gamblers. The casino will sport a five story 2,500 parking lot for the gamblers. All this will be financed through gambling bonds that will allow investors to be repaid once the casino turns a profit.

The city of Baltimore will continue to hold regular meetings to plan out other issues involved with building a casino, including other social programs involved with treating problem gambling, crime, increased taxes and positives like employment and entertainment.
