The legendary Macau gambling entrepreneur Stanley Ho has recently undergone surgery and is fuelling world wide speculation of his health and succession plans for his casino empire. Although still strong and making lots of money at the age of 87, he is not getting any younger and his family are continually denying that he has recently suffered from a stroke.

Being the most influential figure in Macau business, with his family figuring in more than fifty percent of the gambling revenue in Macau, Macau is definitely preparing for his succession. Speculators point to Pansy Ho as the best successor to her father with a lot more casino industry experience than her other siblings.
