New Games Give Colorado More Profits 21st August 2009
A recent innovation in the Colorado casinos have given casinos in the Colorado area a new boost of profits. With now higher limits, new games and 24 hour gambling, the casinos have seen a 19 percent jump in revenue against the previous year. With so much negative news of casinos all around the United States performing poorly, this news is literally the jackpot for the Colorado casinos.
Overall, casinos posted a revenue figure of $76.1 million for the month of July. This is the second best month of revenue since July 2007 of $76.5 million. The changes of increased gambling hours and increased betting were previously voted on by voters before allowing to be adjusted.
