Well, a field of 65 has been whittled down to four. Who will advance to the 2009 NCAA basketball title game?
Here are some NCAA basketball last-minute futures odds*.
North Carolina Tar Heels -140
The odds-on favorites to win the NCAA championship, the Tar Heels have the benefit of having the past two ACC players of the year, Tyler Hansbrough and Ty Lawson.
They have gone 4-0 straight up and against the spread in this year's tournament and face Villanova as a 7-point favorite.
Connecticut Huskies +255
Next in the pecking order of NCAA championship basketball favorites, the UConn Huskies.
UConn, like North Carolina, has gone 4-0 SU and ATS during its March Madness adventures this year and will play Michigan State, listed at -4.5.
Michigan State Spartans +625
Like UConn and UNC, the Spartans have not only gone 4-0 straight up during their 2009 NCAA basketball tournament journey, they have gone 4-0 against the spread as well.
As mentioned, MSU plays UConn in the Final Four and sees itself listed as a 4.5-point underdog.
Villanova Wildcats +675
The long shot of the four to win the title, Villanova will be looking to draw inspiration from the 1985 Wildcats that defeated top-seeded Georgetown in the title game.
While the Wildcats are 4-0 SU like the other three teams, they are 3-1 ATS during the tournament.
Villanova is a 7-point 'dog against North Carolina.
