According to a press release, "Boss Media will significantly augment its products and services provided to Gaming VC for the next three and a half years."

"The long-standing successful cooperation between Gaming VC and Boss Media will now be further strengthened with this new agreement, which will also include Boss Media’s new state-of-the-art Instant Casino as well as games from Dynamite Idea and Finsoft."

Both parties were very happy to be expanding the scope of their dealings.
