Amongst the notable news coming out of International Gaming Expo, is that Austrian online gaming company Interwetten is teaming up with Microgaming.
The deal sees Interwetten going live with Microgaming's online casino software giving the Austrian company access to all Microgaming has to offer.
"Interwetten are now live with Microgaming's full complement of over 400 multilingual casino games including the new and incredibly popular multiplayer BlackJack tournaments and renowned Casino management tools," said a press release.
"Interwetten will also be making use of over 160 exciting flash games launched directly from their website."
Executives from both companies were pleased and excited about the new partnership.
"We are thrilled to welcome such an esteemed and successful business to our customer base and look forward to a long and successful partnership with Interwetten," explained Microgaming CEO Roger Raatgever when asked about the deal.
"2008 saw Microgaming go from strength to strength having driven a number of major initiatives that are significantly benefiting our operators."
Interwetten CEO Thomas Daubek echoed Raatgever's sentiments.
"We are pleased to partner with a market leader like Microgaming," Daubek said.
"By relaunching the casino site we are reacting to an increasing development trend and are making the best offer on the market available to our customers."
