Is Germany about to follow Kentucky with online gambling domain name confiscations?

Citing a report from www.heise.de, online-casinos.com is reporting that Jürgen Büssow—a politician for the German state North Rhine-Westphalia—has gained control of two domain names.

The two names in question are International Betting Association Ltd. site bet3000.com and gambling information portal tippen4you.com.

According to a report from onlinecasinoextra.com, Büssow saw both domains transferred to himself personally through a court order while online-casinos.com says that he is no stranger to internet censorship, having been involved in previous attempts to block IP addresses of Neo-Nazi and phishing sites.
