WinnerOnline has established these requirements for placing a Macromedia Flash ad on our site to provide our advertisers with the most reliable and fair banner tracking.


1.) The Sponsor Flash Ad area consists of two separate graphics. The top one which remains after ad folds down is a .gif (can be animated) that is 600x60 pixels and we require that it should be no more than 25KB in file size. The bottom portion is in Flash and is 600x210 pixels. Please read below for specifications.

2.) If possible, we highly recommend that you provide us with the original .fla file as well as the .swf and animated gif version. That way we can have our programmers look into the Flash actionscript coding and make adjustments accordingly. (If you are providing us with the .fla then you can skip step 4).

3.) The published .swf and .gif file should be 600 pixels wide by 210 pixels high.

4.) If you are not providing us the original .fla file for the flash ad then please make sure that the link in the flash file which is usually written as:

getURL("http://www.samplewebsite.com/servlet/RegisterOrigin?OID=0","_blank")

is written as below:

on (release) {
getURL(click_url, click_target);
}


5.) Please send us the tracking code for the url that we will attach to the .swf and .gif.

6.) If you are providing the .fla then please also include all fonts that were used in the animation.

7.) File Size Restrictions:
.swf’s – 40KB max.
.gif’s – 25KB max.
